DESCRIPTION:Cloughjordan Community Cycling will host free bike check workshops as part of Dr Cycles Bike Clinics. The sessions will help people ensure their bikes are safe and roadworthy\, with practical demonstrations on puncture repair and carrying out minor bike repairs. The workshops are aimed at encouraging more people to cycle by giving them the confidence and basic skills to look after their bikes\, and will take place with participants meeting on Main Street at 10.30am

DESCRIPTION:South Tipperary Cycling Club will host an Introductory Mountain Biking session on Saturday 9th May at 10:00am in Scarragh Woods\, near Cahir.\nThis session is aimed at beginners\, with a focus on basic mountain biking skills\, trail awareness\, and safe riding techniques. Participants will ride on established trails under the guidance of experienced club leaders.\nThe session is suitable for teenagers (parental consent required) and young adults who are interested in trying mountain biking in a supported environment.\nNo advance registration is required. Participants can simply attend on the day with a suitable bike and helmet.
