On arrival\, each participant will receive a short introduction and safety overview before taking part in a guided M-check of their own bicycle. This session focuses on key safety components such as tyres\, brakes\, chain and overall bike condition\, and is delivered in a clear\, step by step way\, with opportunities to ask questions and carry out checks under supervision. \nParticipants then have the opportunity to try an e-bike in a controlled environment. This includes a short induction explaining the controls\, safe operation and key differences from a standard bicycle\, followed by a supervised test ride in a designated safe area. \nAll activities are delivered with a strong emphasis on safety\, accessibility and inclusivity.
