DESCRIPTION:As part of Bike Week 2026 we are hosting a FREE Disability Cycling Workshop evening in Kilbride Community Centre.\nDate: 11th May\nTime: 4pm-6pm\nThis workshop will be based on one to one tuition with one of our experienced cycling tutors. Each participant will have approximately 30 minutes of guidance.\nParticipants can use their own Bike and Helmet for the programme (the bike must be safe and in good condition). Bikes and Helmets will be available on request for any one who needs them.\nThis is an outdoor programme so please dress appropriately.\nIf you need further information regarding this programme\, you can contact info@rosactive.org
