SUMMARY:Cork Through The Centuries – A City Cycle
DESCRIPTION:Participants will meet on St Patrick’s Quay before setting out on a guided cycle through Cork City. The route will visit several historic and scenic areas including the River Lee quays\, the city centre\, and other well-known locations around the city. The group will cycle at an easy pace with short stops along the way where the guide will share stories about the history of Cork and how the city developed over the past 1\,500 years. The cycle will use cycle lanes and quieter streets where possible. Children attending must be 16 or older.

Did you know there are over 115 km of cycle lanes across Limerick?\nThis is a relaxed and inclusive group ride\, led by experienced bike leaders and using cycle lanes as much as possible. The route is flat and loop based\, with short loops of up to 5km\, giving participants the choice to cycle as much or as little as they like. If you’re comfortable completing all of the loops\, the full distance is up to 16km.\nThe Castletroy Cruise is suitable for all ages and abilities and is about building confidence for everyday cycling.\nChildren must be accompanied by an adult. \nMeeting point: Castletroy Park\nStart and finish: Castletroy Park\nDuration: Approx. 2 hours
