It is a great opportunity for families to get active\, build confidence on bikes\, and enjoy a relaxed day outdoors together.\nThis event is suitable for all ages and abilities\, whether you’re new to cycling or looking to improve your skills in a fun and supportive environment.\nWhat to expect:\n• Skills & drills sessions and fun cycling games\n• Bike maintenance workshops and safety talks\n• Bike decorating station\n• Ice cream van on site\nImportant Information:\n• This is a family event – parents/guardians must remain on site and are responsible for their children at all times\n• All activities will be supervised by qualified coaches and volunteers\n• Participants should bring their own bikes where possible\n• A limited number of bikes will be available to borrow for games and activities\nSafety:\n• Helmets must be worn at all times while cycling (for both children and adults)\n• All bikes must be roadworthy with working brakes\nCome along\, get involved\, and enjoy a great day of cycling\, fun\, and community!
