The best way to get to the Aviva is by public transport, it is situated in an area well served by public transport – Bus, Dart, Rail and Tram services all leave you close to the venue.

    Dublin Bus

    The Aviva Stadium area is served by Dublin Bus routes 4, 5, 7, 7a, 7n, 8, 18, 27x, 45 and 47, all of which go to Ballsbridge; routes 7b, 7d, 32x, 39b, 41x, 46a, 46e, 77x, 84x, 116, 118 and 145, all of which go to Donnybrook; and routes 2, 3 and 18, all of which go to Sandymount.

  • Rail

    Irish Rail are running extra trains to get people to and from Lansdowne Road, next door to the Aviva stadium, additional services are listed below;

    Additional Services

    • Additional services will operate to Bray and Malahide from Landsdowne.
    • Maynooth, M3 Parkway and Dundalk services have been deferred (serach 24th June for services after midnight)

    After the concert at the Aviva Stadium, Sandymount and Grand Canal Dock DART stations will be closed. Passengers travelling home by DART should board at Lansdowne Road DART station.

    Line improvement works will affect services in and out of Heuston Station on the 23rd and 24th of July, the following services are affected:

    • 22:36 Limerick Junction to Limerick is deferred to 23:12hrs

    The following services will operate between Cork and Portlaoise, with bus transfers in operation between Portlaoise and Dublin Heuston;

    • 18:40hrs Cork to Dublin Heuston
    • 20:25hrs Cork to Dublin Heuston 
    • 21:00hrs Dublin Heuston to Cork
