DESCRIPTION:Participants will meet in Doneraile Park where bikes and helmets will be checked and adjusted if required. The group will then take part in a guided cycle along the quieter roads between Doneraile and Buttevant. The cycle will take approximately 2–2.5 hours at an easy pace suitable for casual cyclists. The route offers a pleasant mix of countryside views and quiet rural roads. The cycle will finish back in Doneraile Park where participants can relax and enjoy a coffee. Kids attending should be 16+.

DESCRIPTION:I will set up a pop-up bike fitting stand outside Penrose Dock for three days during bike week. Commuter cyclists bring themselves and their bike to the pop-up stand. I am then able to have them cycle on a trainer and then make the necessary changes to their bike set up in order to resolve their cycling related symptoms. e.g saddle up or down\, forward or back\, handle bar height and stem length etc
