Participants will ride on established trails under the guidance of experienced club leaders.\nThe session is suitable for teenagers (parental consent required) and young adults who are interested in trying mountain biking in a supported environment.\nNo advance registration is required. Participants can simply attend on the day with a suitable bike and helmet.
