The aim of Ready, Set, Cycle! is to build cycling confidence and skills in a supportive, one-to-one setting. By offering personalised sessions for both children (aged 7+) and adults, this event encourages more people to get comfortable on two wheels and prepares them to enjoy the local Greenway safely and confidently. This fun pedal parade on Sunday 18th May is for children aged 3+ starting Con Smith Park, Cavan town - including a performance from Maxine Poulin for his Irish premiere specialising in acrobatic bike and comedy. By blending humour, clowning and circus acts, his acrobatic bicycle performances unfold with strength and brilliance.

The Bike Safari Adventure is a free, family-friendly cycling event on a safe, looped route with fun, themed checkpoints. Open to ages 6+, it promotes bike confidence, eco-awareness, and teamwork through interactive challenges, a fix-it station, and prizes. Bikes available for loan—everyone’s welcome to join the fun!

To Close Cork City Bike Week 2025 - an inspiring Adult Only journey into the night as we cycle around the cycle lanes of Cork City Centre at midnight all a glow with free lights. Deck your bikes out with bike lights, fairy lights etc and will have some extra lights to finish turning your bike into a magical glowing stead.
