Save up to 32% on your journey when using a TFI Leap Card compared to cash fares on DART, commuter rail services in Dublin and Cork (Cork to Cobh/Midleton line), Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead Ireland and Luas services. This reusable smart card stores credit that is used each time you use public transport. The TFI Leap Card can be used within the “Short Hop Zone” which includes all stations in the Dublin area from Kilcoole to Balbriggan and commuter Stations from Dublin City Centre to Kilcock and from Dublin Heuston to Sallins and Naas. See our TFI Leap Card page for more details.
TFI Leap Card holders can benefit from fare capping and the TFI 90 Minute Fare detailed below. Discounts are applied automatically when touching on and touching off on their journey. Did you know there is a fare cap when using your TFI Leap Card?
If you use multiple public transport services (Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead Ireland, Luas, DART and commuter rail) throughout a day or a week (Monday-Sunday), you will be glad to know that we will automatically cap the price so that you will never spend excessively on public transport services.
