Repair Cafe and Cycle Ballyhanuis is suitable for all ages, national schools and families for beginner levels. This is to promote awareness and safety and workshop and maintenance for bike maintenance.

Celebrate Bike Week 2025 with a Weekend of mountain biking, skills sessions and family rides at the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trail Center.
For Women to Come and Learn core mountain biking skills including; Track Stands, Manual Drops, Front Wheel lifts, Bunny Hop, Cornering and Body position with Mullaghmeen Mountain Bike Club.
New to cycling (triathlon) will include coached demonstration of basic skills & principles for cyclist, coaching exercises followed by a group cycle on the greenway (approx. 10km)
The aim of Ready, Set, Cycle! is to build cycling confidence and skills in a supportive, one-to-one setting. By offering personalised sessions for both children (aged 7+) and adults, this event encourages more people to get comfortable on two wheels and prepares them to enjoy the local Greenway safely and confidently. Whether you’re starting from scratch or just need a refresher, this is your chance to gain confidence and discover the joy of cycling in a fun, relaxed environment.
