A group cycle to promote exercise and raise awareness of road safety for cyclists. All ages are invited to participate and there will be a short route and longer route. Our Local Bike Shop will supply bikes free of charge for anyone wishing to take part who does not own a bike.

The cycle will begin at Abbeyknockmoy Community Centre and follow a 5km village loop. Following the cycle, participants can enjoy prizes and cycling goodies, with a children’s quiz taking place afterwards.
