Hosted by Lynx Cycling Club, at Belmount GAA club from 7pm this workshop will provide attendees with the basic skills to maintain your bike, repair a puncture, change a tyre, etc
The Bike Maintenance Workshop teaches essential bike care skills, including fixing flats, adjusting brakes, and cleaning chains. Participants can bring their own bikes for hands-on learning with a local expert. Free safety kits, including lights and reflective gear, will be provided to promote safe, confident, and regular cycling habits.
