This event is for older adults (aged 55+) of all abilities. Join us on the beautiful Limerick Greenway for a social cycle. This session will start in Barnagh Greenway Hub, and be facilitated by Locomotion Cycles. All levels will be catered for!
Experience the thrill of off-road cycling at our Come and Try Mountain Biking session in Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails, part of Bike Week 2025 Perfect for all levels, this guided event offers a fun and safe introduction to mountain biking in one of Ireland’s top trail destinations. All equipment provided!

To celebrate Bike Week 2025, we are offering free inclusive cycling sessions on the Limerick Greenway for people with disabilities.
Experience the joy of cycling through Limerick’s historic streets and connect with fellow enthusiasts in a relaxed, community atmosphere. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a beginner, this event promises an enjoyable evening for everyone.
Join us in Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails in a celebration of all things cycling. There will be something for all ages and abilities, and all will be free of charge!
The championship schedule includes youth races starting from 2:10 PM, a Masters race at 4:00 PM, a Bike Week Fun and Inclusion Cycle at 5:30 PM, the Women’s Elite Race at 6:30 PM, and the Open Elite Race at 7:30 PM. The event concludes with final presentations at 8:45 PM.
Take part in a walk, 5 or 10K run, a family cycle to the Kerry border and back or challenge yourself and cycle to Listowel and back. Explore the Greenway with family & friends, try out wellness sessions, and get advice from local professionals.
