A group on a cycle along the canal – St Abban’s Fit4life group

A group on a cycle along the canal, starting at Vicarstown on Saturday May 9th after the Parkrun. We would start about 10.45 until about 2pm.
We are a very mixed group, men and women of varying ages and abilities.
We would hope to cycle to Athy and back to Vicarstown and then maybe go some way towards Monasterevin.
