Cycle to the Sea

Scoil na Croise Naofa will deliver a Bike Week programme focused on road safety and building pupils’ confidence on their bicycles. Over six lessons, pupils will practice essential cycling and road safety skills in a controlled, closed-off environment, helping them develop safe habits in a supportive setting.
The programme will conclude with a community cycle event involving local Gardaí and parents, where pupils will safely cycle to a nearby beach. The day will finish with a celebratory picnic on the beach, marking their achievements and encouraging a lifelong enjoyment of cycling and active travel.
