Fun duathlon

Fun duathlon – We would like to run a fun duathlon for people from 16 years upwards of all cycle abilities from Emo court. 10am from the carpark of Emo court. Cycle to ballibrittas, the old pound and return to Emo for a short jog. If people cant do the jog that is not an issue
