Heartland Wheelers are promoting a beginners Couch to 50km for Bike Week, starting on Sunday 10th May. New members or people returning to cycling welcome. This couch to 50K is on the road. There will be 2 experienced cyclists with you at all times. you must wear a helmet and have a road worthy bike with lights back & front. Please contact 0892390234 for further details
