Lough Key Triathlon Club – Puncture Repair + Bike Workshop + 30km Cycle

Puncture Repair, Bike Workshop + 30km cycle, for anyone who has ever been stuck with a flat tyre and had to rely on a buddy for help, or for cyclists who want to ensure they are fully self-sufficient in the future.
A community-focused 30km road cycle for approximately 30 cyclist to showcase the beautiful landscape of County Leitrim.
Following the cycle, participants will gather in the park to test and improve their bike-handling skills through a fun obstacle course featuring a slalom, figure-of-eight, bottle grab, and more.
