Pedal and Pamper – Blessington Greenway Sauna Ride

**Only adults aged 18+ will be accepted to the sauna**

***Please note you are required to bring your own bike to this event**

Celebrate Bike Week 2025 with a unique blend of activity and relaxation on the Pamper & Pedal: Blessington Greenway Sauna Ride — a self-led cycle followed by a free, well-earned sauna session overlooking the lake.

Take in the stunning scenery of the Blessington Greenway at your own pace, then check in with our team to collect your token for a free 50-minute session in Tinteán Sauna.

It’s the perfect reward for getting out on the bike.

You must complete your cycle prior to the sauna. We recommend allocating an 1 hour to complete the cycle of the greenway.

• Cycle First, Then Sauna: You must complete a cycle and check in with us to receive your sauna token. No cycle, no sauna – this is strictly enforced.
• Be On Time: Sauna session times are fixed and cannot be changed. Each session lasts 50 minutes. Late arrivals will not be allowed to run over into the next session.
