Many once enjoyed biking but stopped due to mental health struggles. This event promotes well-being and joy—last year, one attendee was inspired to buy a bike and now cycles daily.

Free lunch for the first 100 cyclists - Taking place on Wednesday 14th May from 12.30pm at Fitzgerald's Park, drop in over lunchtime for some free picnic treats, bike games, a Bike Doc as well as chats and company with other cyclists.

During Bike Week, senior pupils from Frosses NS will cycle to our Centre for refreshments and a raffle. Community members will be invited to try out our adult trikes, with regular group participants joining in.
