SUGABABES – Thursday 23rd May 2024

Sugababes became one of the most successful British girlbands of the 21st century with six Number One singles, millions of global sales and multiple multi-platinum albums. Along the way they told one of the most spectacular stories of the modern pop era, but it all started with one song, three voices and a mysterious white label 7”. Fast forward two decades, the original line up of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy arrived back in full force becoming the talk of the summer festivals including having to shut down their field at Glastonbury due to demand. The next chapter for Sugababes is just getting started!

THE CORONAS – Friday 24th May 2024

Initially an indie success story, The Coronas have been building their fan base for over a decade,  becoming one of Irelands most loved and respected live acts in the process.
Last year, they released  ‘Time Stopped’, which went straight to number 1 in the album charts, becoming the first and only independent Irish act in history to score 3 consecutive number 1 albums. “The Marquee is a special  venue in the story of The Coronas”, says lead singer Danny O’Reilly. “There’s magic in Cork and in that tent in particular that is impossible to match anywhere else.”

“We can’t wait to come back”

GAVIN JAMES – Saturday 25th May 2024 ~ joined by Lea Heart & Man Alive

Few singer-songwriters are so able to capture the stuff of our intimate lives – love, heartache, loss, joy – like Gavin James. Honing his performing and song writing gifts as a busker and pub performer in Dublin, since being championed by the likes of Ed Sheeran and the release of his early records (including debut studio album, 2016’s Bitter Pill) James has built a community of fans that have seen his music streamed three billion times across the globe and earn diamond and platinum records in multiple countries. He has also sold more than 250 000 tickets (and counting) worldwide with a live show that is as transporting as it is uplifting. This Autumn, James returned with a new single, “White Noise” that sees him expanding his creativity (his vocal is in a deeper signature, adding a magnetic resonance to the lyrics) and is a precursor to a new album of original material that he’s recording in a studio on a mountain outside his home city of Dublin.

His live performances are always music making at the highest pinnacle of musicianship, and his songcraft is of the highest level of any living performer today. ‘One of the great singers in all of music, he remains at the absolute peak of his vocal powers. It is compelling, emotive and feels effortless as he stands still delivering vocals that feel like they can reach the heavens. On this night, he and his band soared to the highest reaches yet again. But that is nothing new for one of rock’s true greats.’ Steve Baltin – LA show 2023.
