We wish to advise customers that due to the Stoneybatter Festival, Routes 37, 39, 39a and 70 will be diverted from 12.00hrs until approx. 18.00hrs on Sunday 15 June 2025.


As a result, the following diversion will be in place.


Routes 37, 39, 39a and 70


Towards Blanchardstown Centre / Ongar / Dunboyne 
Normal route to Ushers Quay, divert via Victoria Quay, Parkgate Street, Infirmary Road, North Circular Road and back on to normal route.


Towards Wilton Terrace / Burlington Road 
Normal route to Cabra Road, divert via North Circular Road, Infirmary Road, North Quays and back on to normal route.

Please note due to the Stoneybatter street Festival the following diversion will be in place from 12:00 to 18:00 Sunday 15th of June 2025.

Stops Affects: 1476, 1447, 1647, 1715, 1714, 1648, 1713, 1649, 1712, 1911, 802, 1710, 1711.

·      Towards Heuston Station: - At the traffic lights turn right onto the North Circular Road (R101) continue to the traffic lights at the park gates and take the left turn onto Infirmary Road. At the next traffic light turn right and continue on the (R109) Conyngham Road. Turn left onto the (R111) Island bridge. At the second set of traffic lights turn left onto the (R148) St John’s Road west resume normal route at Heuston Station.

 ·      Towards Clontarf Station: - Cross over Frank Sherwin bridge and turn left onto the (R109 Parkgate Street. At the third traffic light turn right onto Infirmary Road, turn right at the top to (101) at next lights turn left resume normal route.

We wish to advise customers that due to the Castleknock Street Festival and 5k Race, Castleknock Village Main Street will be closed from 10.00hrs until approx. 18.00hrs on Sunday 15 June 2025.


As a result the following diversions will be in place.

Towards Blanchardstown Shopping Centre
Normal route to Castleknock Road, divert right via Auburn Road, left to Navan Road Dual Carriage Way, left to Blanchardstown Village, left at Bell Pub, Castleknock Road, right to Laurel Lodge and back on to normal route.

Towards Wilton Terrace 
Normal route to Laurel Lodge, divert left via Bell Pub, right to Navan Road, Auburn Ave, left to Castleknock Road to back on to normal route.


Route 38

Towards Damastown
Normal route to Navan Road, divert straight towards Blanchardstown Village and back on to normal route.


Towards Burlington Road
Normal route to Blanchardstown Village, divert via Navan Road and back on to normal route.

From Swords Manor (via Glen Ellen) at 07.30hrs.
From Swords Manor at 07.45hrs.
From Knocksedan (via Glen Ellen) at 07.45hrs.

Departures that normally use Seatown Road will now divert via Swords Main Street, Malahide Road to Swords bypass and back on to normal route.

Bus stops 7114 Seatown Road, Seatown Villas and 7116 Swords Park, Swords Bypass will not be in use during this time. 

Bus stops 3689 Fingal, Swords, 3690 Swords Main Street, Swords Village and 6117 Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre, Malahide Road will now be served by Route 41x.
