Make a Complaint

If your complaint involves a dispatch operator (e.g. app based booking), please contact them first they may resolve your issue faster.

The NTA can help with complaints about:

  1. Vehicle condition, cleanliness, or roadworthiness
  2. Driver conduct, behaviour, or ID
  3. Overcharging or fare issues
  4. Booking or hiring of the vehicle
  5. Vehicle identification or appearance

Complaints must relate to a breach of SPSV legislation under Section 64 of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013
We cannot handle criminal or road traffic offences.
