PedalPower Cycle Parade – Dublin

Our PedalPower Cycle Parade will be happening at 11.00am Sunday 11th May 2025 along a 7km route.

The theme is ‘bees and flowers’, with many of the participants putting on colourful costumes.

Join us with your funnest bees and flowers costume and decorated bike at any of the four pick up points of the parade for a buzzing good time.

The pick-up points are

  • Bangor Circle,
  • Mount Argus Park,
  • Harold’s Cross Park
  • and Parnell Road (Fire station) for final Kiddie Kilometre ending at Eamonn Ceannt Park.

Who Can Participate and Guidelines
The PedalPower Parade is open to everyone with a bike. To help keep the event safe and enjoyable for all, please follow these guidelines:

  • Helmet use is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
  • All participants must be able to cycle independently. This means: No balance bikes, No stabilisers, No scooters
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Younger children are welcome as passengers on a parent or guardian’s bike (e.g. in a bike seat or trailer).
  • All participants must follow the instructions of event marshals at all times.

Photo & Video Notice: Photos and videos are being taken at this event. You might be filmed or photographed, and your image could be used in videos, social media, or other promotional materials.

Please note: Dublin City Council is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that may occur during the event.
