Teenage Pump Track sessions

Cycle Pump Track is a loop and consists of berms and rollers. Berms are the corners on the track & Rollers are the bumps. The “pump” part is the pushing-down and pulling up action performed by riders on the track. Pump tracks are designed so they can be ridden completely without pedalling. Pump tracks are great fun & helps improve bike skills.
