To help you make the most of it many operators are putting on late-night services, so whether you’re shopping, socialising or working, grab your TFI Leap Card and use the transport information below to plan your journey.
With the TFI 90 minute fare you can travel on Dublin Bus, Luas, Go-Ahead Ireland Dublin City services and most DART and commuter rail services for just €2.00 for adults, €1.00 for young adults (19-23) and students, and 65 cent for children using your TFI Leap Card! Simply touch on your last journey within 90 minutes of your first journey.
The TFI Leap Contact Centre will be closed over the Christmas period on Christmas Day and St.Stephens Day as well as on New Year’s day. All other days the contact centre will be open the normal opening hours.

A revised schedule will operate throughout the Christmas and New Year period, with timetable changes from Sunday 24th December 2023 to Monday 1st January 2024.
Customers on all routes are advised to check times before travelling, and to book Intercity travel in advance at busiest times.
No train services (Intercity, DART or Commuter) operate on Christmas Day 25th or St Stephen’s Day 26th December.
On Thursdays to Saturdays for the three weekends before Christmas, and on New Year’s Eve after midnight, Iarnród Éireann will again operate a range of late-night DART and Commuter services for the 2023 festive season.

Night Luas trams will run until the early hours of the morning on the Red and Green Lines on Friday 15 December, Saturday 16 December, Friday 22 December, and Saturday 23 December with an 20:00 finish on Christmas Eve. Night Luas will also run on Sunday 31 December.
Night Luas trams will run in both directions, collecting passengers at all stops on the Green Line and Red Line; however, the last Night Luas trams will only run Westbound from The Point Luas Stop on the Red Line and Southbound from Broombridge on the Green Line.
