Swim – 1.5km
Take to the crystal-clear waters off Rosslare Strand for a fast, sheltered swim. Whether it’s your first Olympic-distance event or your hundredth, nothing beats the buzz of that starting horn.
Bike – 40km
Tackle a coastal bike route that’s as beautiful as it is challenging. The course is designed for speed but will test your legs with rolling sections and those famous Wexford winds.
Run – 10km
Finish strong with a fast, flat run along the beachside roads. Crowds will be out in force, cheering you on every step of the way to the finish line.
Bus services are provided by Bus Eireann and TFI Local Link offering a variety of arrival and departure times.
Redmond Square, Wexford (O’Hanrahan train statiion) is the main Bus Stop in Wexford, served by the following routes.

Some of these routes are via Arklow, Gorey and Enniscorthy and so is the ideal way to get to Wexford. Services to Wexford town also operate from Waterford, Maynooth and Carlow.
