Iarnród Éireann rail services 19, 20 Sep
Due to Engineering Works between Kildare and Portlaoise on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September, the following service alterations and amendments will take place:
- Galway and Westport services will operate with as a bus between Dublin Heuston and Athlone, and as a train between Athlone and Galway and Westport
- Cork, Limerick and Tralee Services
- Cork services will operate with as a bus between Dublin Heuston and Portlaoise, and as a train between Portlaoise and Cork
- Tralee direct services are cancelled. Services will operate every two hours, connecting to and from Cork services at Mallow. Please note that there will be a delay of 25 – 30 mins from Mallow to Tralee
- Limerick direct services are cancelled. Services will operate every two hours, connecting to and from Cork services at Limerick Junction
- Portlaoise services will operate with as a train between Dublin Heuston and Kildare, and as a bus between Kildare and Portlaoise

Luas: Red Line Service partial closure Red Cow to Tallaght & Saggart: Sat 19 to Sun 20 Sep.
Due to Luas engineering works taking place on the Red Line this weekend, Luas Stops between Red Cow and Tallaght / Saggart will be closed on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September. Trams will run between The Point / Connolly and Red Cow only.
Replacement buses will run approx. every 15 mins in the affected area with some restrictions due to limited bus set down areas.
Red Line services will run as normal on Monday 21 September.

Engineering Works between Heuston and Hazelhatch and from Ballybrophy to Thurles
Please note that due to Engineering Works between Heuston and Hazelhatch, and between Ballybrophy and Thurles on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th September, the following service alterations and amendments will take place:
- Cork, Limerick and Tralee Services
- Friday 25th September
- 19:00 Heuston to Cork is deferred to 19:15
- 20:48 Limerick Junction to Limerick deferred to 21:02
- Saturday 26th September
- Trains Heuston to Cork will have
- bus transfers departing direct from Heuston to Thurles
- and train departing from Thurles to Cork
- Cork to Heuston will operate to Thurles only, bus transfers direct from Thurles to Heuston, second bus transfer from Thurles to Templemore, Portlaoise and Heuston
- Tralee Services:
- 7:05 Heuston to Tralee will commence from Mallow at 19:25
- 20:55 Cork to Tralee will operate in an altered path
- 07:05 Tralee to Heuston will operate to Thurles only, bus transfers direct from Thurles to Heuston
- Limerick Services
- 05:25 Limerick to Heuston is cancelled
- 06:40 Limerick to Heuston is cancelled
- 07:25 Limerick to Limerick Junction will operate in an altered path
- 07:45 Limerick to Heuston is cancelled
- 08:55 Limerick to Heuston is cancelled
- 18:50 Limerick to Limerick Junction is deferred to 18:55
- 19:55 Limerick to Limerick Junction is cancelled
- 16:32 Limerick Junction to Limerick is deferred to 16:38

- 18:40 Limerick Junction to Waterford is deferred to 19:05
- Ballybrophy Services:
- 07:00 Limerick to Ballybrophy is deferred to 07:35
- 17:10 Limerick to Ballybrophy is deferred to 17:30
- 09:00 Ballybrophy to Limerick is deferred to 10:05
- 19:05 Ballybrophy to Limerick is deferred to 19:40
- Sunday 27th September
- Due to Engineering Works between Heuston and Hazelhatch on Sunday 27th September, the following service alterations and amendments will take place:
- Heuston to Cork will be bus transfers direct from Heuston to Portarlington, followed by train departing from Portarlington to Cork. Some services may call additionally at Portlaoise, Ballybrophy, Templemore and Limerick Junction
- Cork to Heuston may call additionally at Limerick Junction, Templemore, Portlaoise and Ballybrophy -and will operate to Portarlington only, bus transfers direct from Portarlington to Heuston.
- Limerick to/from Heuston services may be cancelled
