Each year we take a cycling roadshow to the local senior school TY students, with 2 bikes from opposite ends of the spectrum, interactive quizzes and competitions, a Q&A session and the now famous CO2 inflator and saddle height demos.

Ionad Óige Ghaoth Dobhair will host a Bike Maintenance workshop where young people can bring their bikes for free health checks looking at tyres, brakes, saddle height, gears and any loose nuts/bolts, there will also be 4 x 45 minute sessions where children can learn about identifying and looking after these topics
