In late Feb 2022, construction of a temporary Transport for Ireland Bus Interchange started in Luas Red Cow Park & Ride, in the west part of the P&R.

From Mon 14th Mar, part of the west part of Red Cow Park & Ride closed to accommodate construction works. Thus, the number of parking spaces in the west part of the P&R is limited.

The east part of Red Cow P&R, with 450+ spaces, will not be affected.

Once complete this temporary TFI Bus Interchange will facilitate increased bus services to / from Red Cow Luas Stop. It will also facilitate the construction of a permanent TFI Bus Interchange facility beside Red Cow Luas Stop.

Works are expected to be finished by early Sept 2022.
