TFI Leap Card is the most convenient way to pay your Luas fare.
The TFI 90 Minute fare now applies to journeys made on Dublin Bus, Luas. DART and commuter rail, and Go-Ahead Ireland city services in Dublin when using your TFI Leap Card.

The above Leap fares will allow any combination of Dublin City Bus/ Luas/ DART and Commuter Rail travel within Zone 1.
If you use multiple public transport services (Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead Ireland, Luas, DART and commuter rail) throughout a day or a week (Monday-Sunday), we will automatically cap the price so that you will never spend excessively on public transport services.
Once you have reached the daily or weekly cap, no Travel Credit will be charged on your TFI Leap Card when travelling on applicable services.
When you are availing of the TFI 90 Minute Fare on your Leap Card, you must always Tap On using a Validator on the platform before boarding Luas and Tap Off when leaving Luas. This will ensure you have a valid ticket for your journey and you won’t be at risk of receiving a Luas Standard Fare Notice for €100. It will also ensure you get the best value for your journey.
