Ascain Bike Day

ASCÁIN will host a Bike Week event at Letterkenny Community Centre for approximately 25–30 service users, promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and active participation through cycling. Bikes and safety gear will be provided through Grass Routes, Termon, ensuring all participants can take part in a safe and supported environment.

The day will begin with a safety information talk before participants enjoy guided cycling on a track using props to support confidence and engagement. After a lunch break, cycling activities will continue, followed by evaluation and reflection. The event will conclude with a presentation of medals to celebrate participation and achievement.
