Join Longford Triathlon Club as part of #bikeweeklongford for an easy spin along the canal and back via Newcastle Woods.

There’s two planned routes 12 or 21k, but feel free to turn back early if it’s too much for the kids and join us later in Skellys Bar for tea and treats. Or plan your normal Sunday spin to meet us at the starting point at 10am.
