A 6 week Cycling Programme for over 50yr Active Adults
Based at Ticknock National Mountain bike Centre, Biking.ie are offering an introduction to the fundamental skills of Mountain biking(MTB) for ages 11yrs+. Learn to safely navigate these graded trails while enjoying the outdoors of the Dublin Mountains. Group tuition, bike and helmet hire are included.
Group of TY students will do a historical tour will leave Coláiste Iognáid and cycle to Terryland castle, Menlo castle. On the way back they will cycle back to St. Joseph’s Special school and help with their initiative
