As I Am, Ireland’s Autism Charity, (supported by Transport for Ireland) is hosting the 14th Autism-Europe International Congress.
Transport for Ireland (TFI) supports As I Am, campaign is called “Prepare me …. As I Am … for public transport”.
This aims to provide Autistic people with helpful tools to assist them using public transport..
The Congress takes place at the RDS in Dublin from September 11th to 13th, 2025.
This year’s theme, “Quality of Life – Research, Policy and Practice,” promises a rich programme designed to advance neuro-affirmative autism research and practice.
The Congress will bring together leading international researchers, practitioners, advocates and speakers, offering unparalleled professional development and networking opportunities for those working in autism research and support, both in Ireland and globally. There are delegates from over 60 countries are already registered to attend the Congress.
Travelling to the RDS by train could not be easier. It is only a short walk from Lansdowne Road and Sandymount Train and DART stations to the RDS.
People travelling to Dublin by train can connect to the DART from Connolly Station.
On arrival at Heuston Station, simply take the Luas to Connolly Station.
