This event will take place on 12th May, with three separate groups of students each completing a 2-hour cycle covering 20–25km. The groups will include two mixed groups and one Women in Sport group, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants. This year, there is a strong focus on increasing overall participation.
A mobile pop-up cycling activation that inspires and gets people of all ages and abilities moving. An entirely free-to-participate, pop-up event solution which brings the fun to the public.
An obstacle course on the grounds of Ballycroy Community Centre, Wild Nephin National Park, and church for all ages groups from 2 - 18 year olds. This event includes a colouring competition in a screen free environment.
6 week block of classes to encourage women to return to biking, improve confidence and fitness on the bike. Classes will cater for all cycling levels and aims to encourage participants to use their bikes more regularly.
20k road cycle for beginners taking place in Ballina, suitable for all levels.

A group cycle to promote exercise and raise awareness of road safety for cyclists. All ages are invited to participate and there will be a short route and longer route. Our Local Bike Shop will supply bikes free of charge for anyone wishing to take part who does not own a bike.
