Ascain Training and Support are hosting a Bike Day for service users from HSE Ascain and The Willows, offering a safe space to rediscover cycling. Many once enjoyed biking but stopped due to mental health struggles. This event promotes well-being and joy—last year, one attendee was inspired to buy a bike and now cycles daily.
Colaiste Iascaigh Co. Sligo for Bike Week will embark on a roundtrip cycle of 28km from the school to Enniscrone countryside, the day will form part of the school’s Green School Action day.
Free Event. A 90-minute cycle with lunch to Clonea Beach
Free Lunch Cycle for Adults only - this 6km Picnic Cycle via Green Route to Bilberry and on to the Waterford Greenway takes place 14th May for Bike Week.

During Bike Week, senior pupils from Frosses NS will cycle to our Centre for refreshments and a raffle. Community members will be invited to try out our adult trikes, with regular group participants joining in. Our long-distance fundraisers will also reunite for a 5km cycle and post-ride social gathering.
