  1. We use a system call Not Lost to help us find and track lost items. You will get an email from a “NotLost” address with your enquiry I.D. This means we are actively looking for your item. 
  2. We will email you with weekly updates while we look for your item.
  3. If we find a match for your item, you will get an email with collection instructions.
