Pedal for your Medal – a virtual cycling event

Inclusive Cycling Classes – Donegal

Grassroutes Bike Hire will run eight inclusive cycling classes during Bike Week 2025 for students from Little Angels and St Bernadette’s schools. Sessions include bike fitting, safety checks, and adapted cycling skills, promoting confidence, physical activity, and independence. All equipment is provided, making cycling accessible and enjoyable for all abilities.

Bike Fun Day – St Mary’s Stranorlar, Donegal

Bike Fun Day rewards children who cycle to school during Bike Week with fun activities in the school yard. Community Cycle – Arainn Mhór, Donegal

On May 16th, CFFAM will host two free guided cycling tours on Arranmore Island for National Bike Week. Open to all ages, the event promotes health, sustainability, and local heritage, with bike loans, safety gear, refreshments, and a raffle. Tours begin at Arranmore Community Hall.

Adaptive Cycling Programme, Roscommon

Free Event. Take a guided cycling tour of the magnificent Waterford Walls Street Art Murals and find out the meaning behind some of the Murals. You must bring your own helmet. TFI Bikes are available once booked in advance. Participants must be over 16 years of age.

Kids Cycle Treasure Hunt – Bonny Glen, Donegal

Dr Bike will check over your bikes for safety and provide the tools for you to fix your own bike. Learn how to repair punctures and clean your bike – ready for a summer of bike riding.
