TFI Local Link bus services connect communities throughout rural Ireland as part of the TFI Public Transport Network. Over the last 6 years our Above & Beyond campaign has shone a light on the impact TFI Local Link drivers and staff have on the communities they operate within – this year is no different.
This year in our #Above&Beyond series, we celebrate 5 drivers who operate a variety of bus services across the TFI Local Link network and show that TFI Local Link services are more than just a transport service.
David – TFI Local Link Laois Offaly Route 822
We celebrate David who operates TFI Local Link Laois Offaly Route 822 Mountrath to Carlow.
Passengers have shared countless examples of David going above and beyond. David receives many compliments and praise from passengers with one passenger noting ‘he is genuinely pleasant, good humoured as a driver and always makes everyone feel at ease’ on Route 822.
Tommy – TFI Local Link Waterford Route 357
We celebrate Tommy who operates TFI Local Link Waterford Route 357.

We celebrate Chrissy who works in operations for TFI Local Link Longford Westmeath Roscommon.

Chrissy is the person that drivers, staff and operators turn to when challenges arise, she is always available to help and solve problems and see issues through to resolution.
